Doug Young

Doug Young serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of The ASCII Group since 1994. Prior to this role, Doug Young was the Executive Director of the US Advisory Committee to Moscow Business University, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to update the university's curriculum for a free market economy from January 1993 to January 1994. Earlier experience includes serving as Counsel for the Subcommittee on Health & Safety in the US House of Representatives from July 1989 to January 1993, where Doug Young was involved in legislative initiatives related to labor issues, including OSHA regulations. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Government and Business from the University of Notre Dame, and further legal studies at William & Mary Law School.
