Robyn Miller has a diverse range of work experience spanning several decades. Robyn began their career in 1969 at MetLife, serving as the Secretary to the President for three years. From 1985 to 1986, they worked as the Office Manager at MCWilliams Appraisal Services. In 1992, they joined the State Farm Insurance Agency as a CSR and remained in that role until 2000. In 2000, they transitioned to The ASCII Group, where they held various positions, including Senior Membership Support and Senior Membership Representative. In these roles, they provided customer support and coordinated partnerships between members and insurance and credit card processing providers. Most recently, starting in March 2021, Robyn has been working as the Community Engagement Manager at The ASCII Group, engaging Managed Service Providers (MSPs) on the importance of attending ASCII Edge Events in the United States and Canada. Throughout their career, Robyn has demonstrated expertise in customer support and has accumulated over 70 programs of experience in areas such as insurance, distribution, and partnership management. Additionally, in 2004, they briefly served as the Franchise Director at Nextwave Computers Inc, where they facilitated franchise store openings by assisting prospects with purchasing a franchise and guiding them through the necessary steps and financial processes.

Robyn Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Executive Secretary from the Baltimore Institute, where they studied from 1967 to 1969. Later, from 1985 to 1988, they attended Anne Arundel Community College, earning a certificate in Computer Science.
