Rosalind de'Atley

Rosalind De'Atley is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. Currently serving as an HR Consultant for HR Biz Etc since June 2016, Rosalind consults three days a week with the organization after retiring from a prior role. Previously, Rosalind held prominent positions at Oakwood Worldwide, including Director of Benefits & Compliance and Director of Employee Relations, where responsibilities encompassed legal compliance, employee relations, and benefits program management. Rosalind also served as Employee Relations Manager at Securitas Security Services, Inc., and as Human Resources Manager at Sage Publications, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR practices and management. Rosalind earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University, Northridge.
