Caroline Bailey is an experienced community engagement and education professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as Community Engagement Coordinator at The Ashokan Center since November 2021, Caroline has held multiple roles, including Education Outreach and Communications Manager and Education Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions at the National Audubon Society from May 2016 to October 2021, where Caroline contributed as Program and Community Engagement Coordinator, Center Assistant, and more. Additional experience encompasses work at Silent Wings, Saratoga Clay Arts Center, and various educational internships. Caroline holds an MBA in Sustainability from Bard College and certifications from the Institute for Diversity, in addition to degrees from Skidmore College and the Rhode Island School of Design, complemented by a high school diploma from Millbrook School.
