Pam Sue Aragon

Pam Sue Aragon is a Human Resources Officer at The Asia Foundation since January 2021, where responsibilities include executing the recruitment cycle and developing employee engagement initiatives. Previously, Pam held roles including Assistant Human Resources Officer and Senior Events Coordinator at Madison Events, Inc., overseeing diverse corporate events. Additional experience includes being a Learning Management System Specialist at Profiles Asia Pacific, Inc., a part-time Workshop Facilitator with Mad Science Group Inc., a Talent Acquisition Intern at Bounty Agro Ventures Inc., and a Learning and Development Intern at ABS-CBN Corporation. Pam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
