Samuel Ide is a seasoned professional in the field of political and economic analysis, currently serving as Vice President of the China Practice at The Asia Group since November 2023. In this role, Samuel aids clients in navigating Chinese political trends and regulatory shifts. Concurrently, Samuel is an instructor at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, co-teaching a course on political risk analysis for graduate students. Previous experience includes a progression of roles at Albright Stonebridge Group, culminating in Associate Partner, and diverse positions in marketing and library services. Samuel holds a Master's Degree in East Asian Studies from Stanford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a focus on Asian Studies from Northwestern University.
