Prisca Bae has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Prisca currently serves as the Chief Partnerships Officer for The Asian American Foundation, where they lead corporate engagement, development, and strategic partnerships strategies. Prisca successfully raised $1.1 billion in pledges for the AAPI Giving Challenge, the largest philanthropic commitment in history supporting AAPI communities and causes.
Prior to their current role, Prisca worked as an Advisor for GP Strategies from 2019 to 2021. Prisca also held leadership positions at PepsiCo, where they served as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Planning for Global Public Policy & Government Affairs and later as the Sr. Director of Global Diversity & Engagement. At PepsiCo, they led gender diversity strategies and initiatives, developed and launched diversity programs, and managed partnerships and sponsorships.
Prisca also worked as the Vice President for Seneca Point Global, a strategic advisory firm focused on global women's issues. Prisca was instrumental in developing strategies and providing advisory services on women's issues.
Earlier in their career, Prisca served as the Director of Women in the World Foundation at Newsweek and the Daily Beast. Prisca led strategic initiatives, oversaw digital platforms, and managed operations for the philanthropic entity.
Prisca's career also includes experience at Goldman Sachs, where they launched Goldman Sachs Gives and managed the legal, operational, and technical components of a billion-dollar donor-advised fund. Prisca also worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and served as a Federal Law Clerk to a Senior District Court Judge at the Southern District of Florida.
Prisca began their career as the Asian American Outreach and Research staff for Ron Kirk's U.S. Senate campaign and later joined the Housing and Civil Enforcement Section of the Civil Rights Division at the Department of Justice.

Prisca Bae earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's and Gender Studies from Columbia University in 2000. Prisca later pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, completing it in 2006.
