Nathan Lloyd

Nathan Lloyd serves as Chief of Staff and General Counsel at ImagineCo since November 2021 and is the Principal at Lloyd Consulting, providing legal advice on commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. Previous roles include Attorney for Labor and Employment at Resorts World Las Vegas, General Counsel for a Private Family Office, and Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel at MGM Resorts International, where strategic legal guidance was provided on litigation risks in global gaming and hospitality operations. Nathan began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, focusing on employment and commercial litigation. Nathan holds a JD from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA.
