Anan Kittana

Anan Kittana serves as the Managing Director and Chief of Impact at The Aspen Institute, leading the impact and strategy of the Global Leadership Network since September 2023. Previously, Anan held the position of Sr. Global Director of Strategy and Planning and Acting Chief Strategy Officer at CARE USA from November 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included global strategy development, annual planning, and strategic performance management. Anan's extensive experience spans roles such as Global Director of Strategy and Planning at Chrysalis and various leadership positions at CARE, focusing on economic empowerment and innovation. Anan's earlier career includes strategic roles at RBC Royal Bank and General Motors, alongside consulting positions. Anan holds an MBA in Management of Technology and Innovation from Ryerson University, as well as dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering from La Roche University and the University of Pittsburgh, respectively.
