Andrew Quinn

Andrew Quinn is a Senior Communications Consultant at The Aspen Institute, where responsibilities include launching the IMPACT West Africa communications and advocacy program and supporting the New Voices Program to amplify development experts' voices from Africa, Asia, and Latin America. As the Founding Director of Aspen New Voices, Andrew focuses on educating experts in communications and advocacy to influence public opinion and policy. Previous roles include U.S. Foreign Policy Correspondent and Interim Washington Political Editor at Reuters, as well as serving as Bureau Chief for Southern Africa and San Francisco. Andrew's academic background includes a Master's in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Nieman Fellowship focusing on global health at Harvard University.
