Bea Wray

Bea Wray is an accomplished entrepreneurship faculty member at Charleston Southern University since August 2023 and currently serves as Chair at Convene, a global community of Christian business leaders. With extensive experience, Bea holds fellowships with Liberty Fellowship and The Aspen Institute's Global Leadership Network, and co-founded The Millennial Women Network. Previous roles include Chair of the Entrepreneurship Practice Group at Advantage Media Group|ForbesBooks, Executive Director of The Creative Coast Alliance, and Founder and CEO of SourceHarbor. Bea's early career includes leadership at Siemens AG and contributions to various entrepreneurship initiatives, mentoring, and community organizations. Bea holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Emory University.
