Carsten Tams

Carsten Tams is an accomplished consultant at EMAGENCE LLC since July 2017, specializing in behavioral science strategies for various organizational challenges. Tams serves on the Board of Advisors for the W. Michael Hoffman Center for Business Ethics and holds a Senior Advisor position at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative. Additionally, Tams is a First Movers Fellow at The Aspen Institute, focusing on innovative methodologies for self-governance in organizations. Previous contributions include writing for Forbes and consulting for Harvard University's Environmental Health & Safety team. Prior experiences include senior roles at Bertelsmann, where Tams developed a global ethics program, human resources strategies, and initiated a global employee survey. Tams holds advanced degrees from Harvard Kennedy School and Freie Universität Berlin, along with a bachelor's degree from Sciences Po.
