Eduardo Briceño

Eduardo Briceño is a prominent keynote speaker and facilitator focused on growth mindset and leadership, currently associated with Growth.how™ since 2016. Briceño is the author of "The Performance Paradox," published through Penguin Random House in September 2023, which addresses the need to integrate learning into everyday performance. As a member of the Board of Directors at Root Capital, Briceño contributes to transforming rural communities with significant financial investments and benefits for millions. Briceño is also a Fellow in the Aspen Global Leadership Network, connecting with entrepreneurial leaders to address societal challenges. Previously, Briceño co-founded and served as CEO of Mindset Works, delivering numerous programs on growth mindset, and has held various board director roles in educational and nonprofit organizations. Briceño holds an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University, as well as dual bachelor's degrees in Finance and Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
