Toyin Ajayi

Toyin Ajayi is a prominent healthcare leader with extensive experience in addressing health inequities. As the Co-founder and CEO of Cityblock Health since June 2017, Toyin has focused on providing personalized health services to underserved urban populations. In addition to this role, Toyin serves on the Board of Directors at Evolent Health and is a 2023 Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute, which fosters community-spirited leadership. As a Co-founder and General Partner at Coalition Operators, Toyin supports early-stage startups in building diverse capital tables. Previous positions include Chief Medical Officer at Commonwealth Care Alliance, Chief Health Officer at Sidewalk Labs, and various roles at Boston University/Boston Medical Center. Toyin holds degrees from Stanford University, King's College London, and the University of Cambridge.
