Lenora Smith

Lenora Smith's work experience begins in 2011 when they joined the Democratic Party of Virginia as the Director of Operations. Lenora then moved on to ORGANIZING FOR AMERICA, where they held the same position from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Smith joined 270 Strategies as the Director of Operations. Following that, they worked at Hillary for America as the Director of Operations for the Iowa Caucus from 2015 to 2016. Lenora then joined Hillary for America again in 2016 as a Senior Advisor - Operations. In 2017, Smith became the Director of Finance and Operations at Serve America PAC. Currently, they work at The Associated Management Company, first as the Community Manager from 2019 to 2020, then as the Operations Executive from 2020 to 2021, and currently as the Director of Operations since 2022.

Lenora Smith studied Political Science and Government at the University of Michigan. Lenora has obtained certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Lenora also has certifications in CAM and NALP from the National Apartment Association.
