Douglas Carlberg

Douglas Carlberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and manufacturing consulting. Currently serving as President of Carlberg Consulting Group and President & Lean Sensei at Carlberg Consulting Group LLC, Douglas has also held the position of President/CEO at M2 Global Technology since 1999. Douglas is a member of the Executive Advisory Board at the Shingo Institute, known for the prestigious Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing. Additional roles include Director for the Southwest Region at the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and Director on the San Antonio Manufacturers Association Board. Previously, Douglas served as Vice President of Global Operations at Harris Corporation and as a Chief Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army. Douglas holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and an AS in Aerospace Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
