Tom Barto is a seasoned professional in business development and contract administration, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at TMG, Inc. since September 2011, in addition to holding the position of Program Manager. Barto has also been a Southeast Region Board Member for The Association for Manufacturing Excellence since July 2019. Previous roles include Program Manager for the Virginia Values Veterans program, which focuses on supporting veteran employment initiatives, and Director of Contracts & Business Development for TMG Government. With experience as a Contract Administrator at Qivliq, LLC and a Subcontract Administrator at Serco - North America, Barto has a strong background in managing complex contracts across various sectors, including government and IT solutions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Christopher Newport University and certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
