Tadzio Schilling is the Chief Executive Officer at The Association of European Businesses (AEB) since May 2020. Prior experience includes leadership roles at EY as Head of the German Business Center and Associate Director in Business Development from December 2015 to May 2020. Tadzio also served as Chairman of the SME Committee at AEB and as a Board Member at the Joint Chamber of Commerce from February 2017 to March 2020. Previous positions include Deputy Head of Economic and Financial Affairs at the Swiss Embassy in Russia and a Research Associate at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Tadzio's educational background includes an Executive Master in Public Administration from Hertie School and two Master's degrees in International History and Politics as well as International Relations from the Geneva Graduate Institute.

The Association of European Businesses — AEB (est.1995) is the main representation of foreign investors in Russia. It is an independent non-profit organisation representing over 520 companies from Europe, Russia and other countries. Our members range from large multi-national corporations to SMEs. They are united by their commitment to forging stronger economic ties between the EU and Russia as well as improving the investment climate in Russia.
