Nic Taunton

VP, Development at The Association of Former Students

As Vice President for Development, Nic leads all fundraising efforts for The Association, from the Annual Fund to endowed and capital giving programs, including the Endowed Century Club, Endowed Aggie Ring Scholarships, and Aggie Park. Nic also leads The Association’s marketing team, which includes brand and trademark management, creative services, and affinity programs. He joined The Association team in 2014 after practicing commercial litigation as an associate with Norton Rose Fulbright in Dallas. Nic earned a BBA in finance from Texas A&M in 2007 and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2011. While at A&M, he served as Student Body President and was a recipient of the Buck Weirus Spirit Award and the Brown Foundation – Earl Rudder Memorial Outstanding Student Award. He has also volunteered as a consultant of USAID in Rwanda.
