Jim Lepone

Jim Lepone has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and industries. Jim started their career at ADT in 2006 as an Outside Sales Manager, where they exceeded sales and growth targets, graduated from a leadership program, and was responsible for generating annual revenue of over $2 million. In 2014, Jim worked as a Technical Recruiter at The Judge Group and as a Broker and Recruiter at FEX Insurance. In 2016, they became a Brand Ambassador at The Stocking Frame/Sage Vegan. Currently, Jim holds the position of Director of Recruiting at The Assurance Group.

Jim Lepone attended Villanova University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. Jim completed their studies at Villanova University and obtained a further degree in Philosophy, earning a BA.
