Francesca Sguazzini

Francesca Sguazzini has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Francesca is currently working as the Finance, Control & Accounting Director at The Attico since May 2022.

Prior to this, Francesca worked at Chemo from September 2019 to June 2022 as the Controlling & Accounting Manager. In this role, they reported directly to the CFO and was responsible for managing both the Accounting and Controlling teams. Francesca'smain activities included coordinating the preparation of financial reports, reporting to top management, monitoring costing and analysis, and setting and reviewing company targets.

From September 2015 to August 2019, Francesca worked at Calvin Klein as an Industrial Controller.

Francesca also worked at VF Corporation from September 2011 to August 2015 as a Finance Supply Chain Controller. In this position, they provided financial guidance to planning, sourcing, and manufacturing departments for nine brands. Francesca was responsible for sales analysis, inventory control, setting up standard costs, and tracking cost centers.

Francesca's work experience also includes a role as a Plant Controller & SAP FI-CO Specialist at Temmler Italia Srl from May 2010 to July 2011.

Additionally, Francesca has two years of experience as a Consultant at Accenture. Francesca specialized in SAP Finance & Controlling Area and PMO, working on international projects in the consumer goods and resources industries.

Francesca's earliest work experience was as an International Planner at Coty from August 2007 to April 2008. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and addressing supply chain replenishment flows.

Francesca Sguazzini completed their education with a Senior High School specializing in Science Education at Liceo Scientifico A. Antonelli from 1996-2001. Francesca then pursued an Economics and Business Management degree, majoring in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2001-2007.
