Edward Poulin

Edward Poulin is an experienced professional with a robust background in retail management and training. Currently serving as the Regional Training Manager at The Aubuchon Company since March 2016 and as the Region Manager of HR and Training at Aubuchon Hardware since February 2022, Edward has developed significant expertise in staff development and organizational leadership. Prior experience includes roles as Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from July 2006 to March 2016. Edward completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Thomas College in 1995 and a Certificate of Completion in Organizational Leadership through the Woodbadge course in 2018.
