Will Aubuchon has a diverse range of work experience. Will started their career in 1999 as the Director of Ecommerce at Aubuchon Hardware, where they stayed until 2009. In 1999, they also started their own business called The Will & Aubrey Tea Co., LLC, which they operated as the owner until 2006. In 2010, they returned to Aubuchon Hardware as the Director of Sales Strategies, and later became the Vice President of Sales in 2011. Finally, in 2015, Will Aubuchon became the Chief Executive Officer of The Aubuchon Company.
Will Aubuchon earned a BA in Economics from Williams College from 1996 to 1999. Will then pursued an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2005 to 2008. Prior to attending college, they attended Deerfield Academy from 1992 to 1995. In 1995, they also briefly attended Boston College.
