David Enoch has over 40 years of work experience in the newspaper industry. David started as a Home Delivery Manager at the Los Angeles Herald Examiner in 1979. David then worked at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as an Assistant Circulation Director from 1981 to 1991. From 1991 to 1997, they served as a Circulation Director at the Quad-City Times. David continued their career at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as a Circulation Manager from 1997 to 1999. David then joined the Chattanooga Times Free Press as a Circulation Director from 1999 to 2008. David briefly worked as an Executive Free Agent at American Newspapers in 2008. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Circulation Director at The Vindicator. Currently, they are the Vice President of Circulation at The Augusta Chronicle, a position they have held since 2015.

David Enoch attended East Tennessee State University from 1967 to 1971, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study at the university included History, Political Science, and Business Psychology.
