Robert Hawkins has a diverse work experience in various management roles. Robert started their career as a Sales Associate and Sales & Membership Coordinator at Tourism Richmond, where they represented the membership of the organization and generated leads for the tourism industry. Robert then worked as a Bar Supervisor at Chop Steakhouse & Bar, responsible for beverage service and staff training. Later, they became the Restaurants & Bar Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, overseeing operations and menu redevelopment. Robert also served as a Store Manager at Cookworks, managing a team and maintaining inventory. Hawkins then worked as a Food Production Supervisor at Gate Gourmet, managing a large team and ensuring high-quality meal production. Robert later transitioned to The Dirty Apron as an Operations Manager and then as a General Manager, driving a customer-focused service culture. Currently, Hawkins is Vice President of Business Development at The Aurum Group, where they previously held roles such as Regional Manager, Director of Marketing/Project Manager, and Laboratory Operations Manager. Robert Hawkins has a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Management - Tourism from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, which was acquired from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they hold an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, which was obtained from 2002 to 2006. Robert has also attained certifications in Treatment Planning & Functional Occlusion from the Kois Center, LLC in 2018, and in Serving it Right from Go2HR in 2004. Furthermore, they possess Coaching Certification Level 1 & 2 from Hockey Canada, obtained in 2002.
