Prior to joining the IPM, he founded Gule Executive Coaching (Pty) Limited in 2016 after successfully completing the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach Training at the University of Pretoria, Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) Professional Business Coaching Programme in 2015. During his career as an HR Executive he was an internal coach and mentor to middle and senior managers.
