Teri C.

Teri C. currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Australian Ballet, leading the people strategy for a complex dual Corporate/Artistic business model with over 450 employees. Teri has extensive HR experience, having previously held roles such as Head of Human Resources at Seddiqi Holding, where strategic HR was embedded across a culturally diverse workforce of 1,000+ employees. Additional roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Qatar Airways, managing HR needs during rapid expansion, and People & Performance Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, focusing on workforce design. Early career experiences include HR roles at BHP and CUA - Credit Union Australia Limited, as well as teaching positions at St Joseph's Nudgee College and Kelvin Grove State College. Teri holds a Bachelor of Education from Queensland University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Learning & Development and Human Resources from the University of Southern Queensland.
