Ginny C. serves as the Global Head of Talent and Talent Branding at ŌURA since February 2022, focusing on hiring initiatives in the US, Finland, and the UK. With a history of impactful roles, including Career Clarity Coach at Career Contessa and Head of BizRev Recruiting & Talent Marketing at Zillow, Ginny has a proven track record in talent management and career coaching. Additionally, Ginny holds advisory positions at JobPixel, Talent Collective, and serves as a Venture Partner at Syelo Ventures, contributing to innovative recruiting solutions. As a founding member of The Authentic Asian, Ginny advocates for the connection and support of Asian American female leaders. Ginny's experience also includes being a keynote speaker and advisor for various initiatives aimed at promoting pay equity and diversity. Education includes a BA in Communications from the University of Washington.
