Michelle Kuo is an accomplished recruiting executive with extensive experience in building talent acquisition strategies and recruiting processes for startups and pre-IPO companies. As the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Talent Acquisition at JumpSearch Recruiting, Michelle has partnered with various executives to establish recruiting infrastructures and implemented Applicant Tracking Systems. Moreover, Michelle serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at The Authentic Asian, focusing on empowering AAPI female leaders through community support. Additional roles include Co-Founder of The Executive Alliance, where collaborative peer groups were developed for executive leadership, and experience in senior recruiting positions for companies such as Revver, Dwelo, and Chatbooks. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
