Donnie Obrycki

Donnie Obrycki has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Donnie started their career at Telefast Industries in 1997 as a Quality Technician, ensuring product requirements and conducting various tests on fasteners. Donnie then moved on to work as an Inside Sales representative, collaborating with customers and outside sales to provide pricing and lead time for inquiries.

In 1999, Donnie transitioned into the role of Product/Process Engineer at the same company, focusing on new product and tooling design for the cold heading and forging of fasteners. Donnie also developed extensive knowledge in materials, outside processing, and secondary operations for fasteners.

In 2014, Donnie joined Nelson Stud Welding as a Senior Process/Tooling Engineer. In this role, they worked on developing innovative tooling and process solutions for various fastener products and collaborated with different divisions to maintain competitiveness in the global market while improving quality standards.

Donnie then moved to STANLEY Engineered Fastening in 2018, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cold heading and machining processes at multiple fastener locations. Donnie later became a Plant Manager, focusing on exceeding customer requirements, cost efficiencies, waste reduction, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Currently, Donnie is the Director of Engineering at The Auto Bolt Company, a position they assumed in 2023.

Donnie Obrycki completed their Bachelor of Industrial Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from Ohio University, attending from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certification of Certified Fastener Specialist (CFS) from the Fastener Training Institute in Cleveland, OH.
