Noelan Vandayar

Noelan Vandayar is an experienced executive in operations and strategy, currently serving as Executive Operations and Strategy at The Automobile Association of South Africa since January 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing divisions such as Emergency Service Fleet, Strategy, and Product Development, with a focus on business strategy design, operational efficiency, and project management. Prior to this role, Noelan was General Manager of Operations and Risk at Eqstra Fleet Management, managing diverse areas including Accident Management, GPS Tracking, and Supplier Management. Noelan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from EDBS France and a Master of Business Administration from Stellenbosch University.
