Chi-Sheng Shih

Chi-Sheng Shih currently serves as the Associate Dean for international affairs at the College of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at National Taiwan University, a position held since February 2003. In addition to this role, Chi-Sheng Shih was the Director of the Graduate Institute of Networking and Multimedia at National Taiwan University from August 2019 to July 2022 and has held academic positions as both Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Chi-Sheng Shih has been a Fellow at Autoware Foundation since February 2021 and previously worked as Chief Scientist at LILEE Systems from August 2018 to July 2019, focusing on autonomous public transportation systems. Chi-Sheng Shih also contributed as an Academia Member for HSA Foundation from 2014 to 2015. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed between 1998 and 2003.
