Bill Lawrence

Bill Lawrence has a strong background in operations management and leadership. Bill started their career at Procter & Gamble in 1990, where they held various roles within the Tampax and Always divisions, including operations management, human resource leadership, and supply chain management. Bill focused on integrating high-performance work systems, operational methodologies, and total predictive maintenance programs to achieve world-class results. In 2016, they joined First Quality Enterprises as the Director of Operations and later became the Plant Manager. In 2021, they moved to Brady Enterprises as the Vice President of Operations. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Avedis Zildjian Company.

Bill Lawrence received their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Lake Superior State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
