Bob Damon

Bob Damon has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Bob currently serves as a Partner at Ventura Partners, an executive search firm founded in 2010. Bob joined the company in 2016 and continues to contribute to its success. Additionally, Bob has held advisory board positions at Basil Street Cafe and Piston Pete's Brewery & Distillery since 2019. Bob also served as an Investment Advisory Board Member at Innovate Partners and an Independent Director at Avedis Zildjian Company, Pear Sports, LLC, and TRX Training. Bob has extensive experience as a board director, having worked at SHEEX, Inc. and Special Operations Fund. Prior to their current roles, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Talent Management and Leadership Development from 2014 to 2016.

Bob Damon completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Economics from Purdue University Daniels School of Business in 1970. Bob then pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Management from the same institution and graduated in 1971.
