Debbie Zildjian

Debbie is currently responsible for the Human Resources function. Her career started in the factory learning the age-old proprietary process for the Zildjian secret alloy and she remains intimately involved in the automation and Lean Initiatives as well as the apprenticeship programs designed to preserve the craftsmanship of cymbal making. Debbie’s role and impact on the business continue to grow along with the acquisitions of Vic Firth and Balter Mallets and the management of two major manufacturing facilities.
