Stan Small

Stan Small, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Human Resource Operations Manager at Avedis Zildjian Company since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stan held multiple positions at UCP of Maine from September 2016 to July 2022, including Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Stan gained significant experience at RainWise Inc., where tenure spanned from 1987 to 2016 in various roles, including Human Resources/Operations Manager and Vice President/Co-owner. Additionally, Stan owned and managed The Dinner Store from January 2008 to January 2010. Educationally, Stan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science with a focus on Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Maine at Augusta between 2011 and 2013, and an Associate's degree in Electronics from Eastern Maine Community College from 1983 to 1985.
