Andrea Harvey, MS, PCC, MP-ELI, is an accomplished executive coach and leadership development consultant with over 35 years of experience enhancing the capabilities of leaders and leadership teams. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Leader Development Consultant at Keystone Partners since August 2024, Andrea is also the Founder and Principal Leadership Advisor at Andrea Harvey Associates, LLC, a firm dedicated to business leadership advising, executive coaching, and HR consulting. Previous roles include Leader Coach and Senior Consultant at Right Management, Senior Executive Consultant at The Ayers Group, and Cross Cultural Associate at GROVEWELL LLC. Andrea's extensive background includes serving as Global Director of Talent Development & Mobility at Johnson & Johnson, where strategic development programs and global mobility strategies were designed and implemented. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ithaca College, as well as certifications in coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
