Jessica Narlis has extensive experience in recruitment and branch management, currently serving as a Grading Specialist and Recruiter at The BOSS Group since November 2012. Previously, from January 2006 to February 2012, Jessica held multiple roles within The BOSS Group, including Branch Manager and Executive Search Recruiter for the Metro Baltimore area, focusing on revenue growth, employee development, and customer service. Early career roles include Marketing and Membership Director at Tan Stand from 2002 to January 2006 and Learning Coach at SCORE! Educational Centers from 2000 to 2002, where Jessica instructed K-12 students. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Stevenson University, completed in 2003, and graduated from Towson High School in 1999.
