Rea Kaschak

Rea Kaschak is a creative professional with extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Creative Studio Lead at The BOSS Group since February 2016, Rea oversees an in-house creative agency for Merck pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Rea held the position of VP Creative Communications at Prudential Financial from 2005 to January 2014, where leadership and innovative marketing solutions across multiple industries were consistently recognized. Rea also served as Creative Director at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to 2005, managing a large creative team and external partners. Earlier experience includes the role of Art Director at International Technidyne Corporation from 1996 to 1997.
