Miranda Banister

Miranda Banister is an experienced services director at The Baca Charity since November 2020, specializing in strategic leadership of frontline service delivery. Prior experience includes managing the WE Schools program at WE.org, where effective engagement with over 600 schools was achieved, focusing on organizational strategies, staff coaching, and stakeholder relationships. Miranda also worked as Assistant SENCo and Mindfulness Lead at The Cedars Academy, overseeing a large Special Educational Needs department and implementing a Mindfulness Curriculum. Previous roles include teaching cultural studies at Regent College, tutoring entry-to-employment programs at TwentyTwenty, and supporting students with learning difficulties as a learning support assistant. Miranda holds multiple postgraduate certificates in education, coaching, and has a BSc (Hons) in Social Psychology.
