Miranda Banister is an experienced services director at The Baca Charity since November 2020, specializing in strategic leadership of frontline service delivery. Prior experience includes managing the WE Schools program at WE.org, where effective engagement with over 600 schools was achieved, focusing on organizational strategies, staff coaching, and stakeholder relationships.
