Adelle Smith

Adelle Smith has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Adelle began their career as a Front Office Supervisor at the Hyatt Regency St. Lucia in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Adelle then joined Minvielle & Chastanet Ltd. as a Human Resources Assistant from 2002 to 2004.

In 2006, Adelle worked as a Project Assistant at the Bahamas Hotel Association before joining Atlantis in 2007. At Atlantis, they served as a Compensation & Benefits Manager for seven years until 2014.

Since 2014, Adelle has been employed by the Bahamas Telecommunications Company Ltd. as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Adelle Smith attended Sir Arthur Lewis Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Associate's degree in Hospitality Studies. Adelle then pursued further education at The University of the West Indies from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Tourism Management.
