Vicki Turnquist

Vicki Turnquist is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and leadership development. Currently serving as a CEO Advisor at The Bailey Group since September 2016, Vicki employs a holistic approach to coaching that integrates psychological insights into leadership. In addition, Vicki contributes to the governance of Citizens Independent Bank as a member of the Board of Directors, focusing on community and relationship-building. Previous roles include Regent at Augsburg University, Advisory Board Member and Finance Committee Chair at River of Goods, and Chief Executive Officer, President, and Founder of Private Bank Minnesota. Vicki's earlier career includes positions as Vice President of Private Banking at Investors Savings and The Bank Wayzata. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Mini MBA in Leading Growing Companies from the University of St. Thomas, supplemented by various banking education programs.
