Chris Phillips

Chris brings more than 30 years to his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He oversees Bainbridge’s financial reporting, business planning and analysis, and corporate operations.

Chris’ experience expands across more than $10 billion of real estate transactions including financing, capital raising, tax structuring, fund accounting and fair market valuations, while managing corporate and fund-led credit facilities, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, and cash management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
