Shaun Fink

Shaun oversees the portfolio of new developments, and acquisitions, and selects third-party management engagements. Shaun joins us from ZOM Living where he spent seven years as Vice President of Asset Management. He was responsible for establishing and operating the Asset Management platform, underwriting and reviewing new projects, and overseeing operations on all developed projects.

Prior to joining ZOM, Shaun was in a similar role with Wood Partners where he was responsible for the Asset Management function over the company’s Central Region, covering the major Texas markets, Denver, CO, and Chicago, IL. Prior to joining Wood Partners, Shaun began his real estate career as a Financial/Acquisitions Analyst focused on acquiring Student Housing Assets at Pierce Education Properties.

Shaun graduated from San Diego State University with a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Shaun is also a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
