Jennifer Pachas has a diverse background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Jennifer began their career as a QC analyst at Amgen from 2010 to 2014. Jennifer then joined Lonza Biologics in 2015 as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they specialized in inspection and audit management. Jennifer briefly worked at Pfizer as a Microbiology Laboratory Lead in 2016 before returning to Lonza Biologics in 2017 as a Quality Assurance Lot Review Compliance Specialist. In their most recent role at The Baker Company since 2020, Jennifer serves as a Quality Control Laboratory Associate, conducting biological testing and research and development of new products. Jennifer is also responsible for laboratory maintenance, review of quality assurance documentation, and the revision of standard operating procedures.
Jennifer Pachas earned their Bachelor's degree in Bioscience and Technology from the University of New Hampshire. This period of education lasted from 1998 to 2003.
