Lee Temby

Lee Temby has over 20 years of experience in human resources. From 1994 to 2005, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at The Gap, where they were responsible for various HR functions and daily administration of the department. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Pier 1 Imports, where they oversaw all aspects of the HR department and managed employee relations, staffing, benefits, and training. Since 2007, they have been working at The Baltimore Sun, initially as an HR Business Partner and later promoted to Director of Human Resources, providing HR services such as employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.

Lee Temby obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Services/Counseling from Notre Dame of Maryland University between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, Lee pursued a degree in Liberal Arts, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from the City College of Chicago - Germany from 1987 to 1988.
