Andrew Paone

Andrew Paone is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and support. Currently serving as the AVP Modern Workforce Technology Lead at The Bancorp since September 2021, Andrew previously held multiple roles at Campbell Soup Company, including Service Delivery Manager and IT Manager for End User Support. Andrew’s career includes positions at Systems Solution, Inc., American Realty Capital, HP, and IBM, where responsibilities involved managing disaster recovery for financial services, supporting large client environments, and ensuring service level agreements were met. Andrew's foundational experience began at Merrill Lynch and includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from St. John's University and an Associate's degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
