Heidi Groce

Heidi Groce currently serves as Ombudsman for the State of Delaware since October 2019 and has been with The Bancorp since March 2010, holding the position of Vice President and Global Operations Manager, where responsibilities include vendor management and oversight of call center operations. Prior roles at The Bancorp involve serving as Assistant Vice President for Customer Care Implementations and Customer Care Manager, focusing on process improvement, training development, and managing multiple implementations. Previously, Heidi worked with Christina School District as a Mentor and held various roles at HSBC Private Banking, including Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist, where compliance audits and training were key responsibilities. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Widener University.
