Mandi Lermond

Mandi Lermond, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and risk solutions, currently serving as the Director and Chief of Staff in the Operating Office at The Bancorp since March 2016. Previous roles include Senior Risk Manager and VP of Enterprise Risk Solutions Administrator at the same company, as well as Corporate Services Strategic Business Partner at Nemours. Mandi's earlier career includes positions at BNY Mellon, PNC Global Investment Servicing, and University of Delaware, culminating in a solid foundation in IT project management and client relationship management. Mandi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Political Science from Rutgers University.
