Michael Styles

Michael Styles, MBA, currently serves as the VP Business Risk and Controls Manager at The Bancorp, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated extensive experience at Wells Fargo over a span of 15 years, holding various positions including Senior Business Execution Consultant and multiple levels of Operational Risk Consultant. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University in July 2023 and previously obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from the same institution in June 2016.
